No Smoking Policy

Tobacco smoking is widely recognized as a major preventable cause of many diseases in smokers and non-smokers alike. Evolve Property Management, LLC is committed to providing a healthy and enjoyable living environment for all residents, including their guests and members of Evolve Management.

In compliance with the DC Clean Air Act of 1988, this building has been designated a 'Smoke Free Establishment, the use of lighted tobacco products shall not be permitted anywhere within a 15 foot perimeter of the building.

Note: This policy applies to all residents and their guests. To help remind residents and their guests of this new policy, additional No-Smoking signs have been posted throughout the common areas of the building.
