Provides FREE Dry Cleaning Pick Up & Delivery for Evolve residents living in a property with 10 or more apartments. Residents outside the delivery area and residents seeking emergency dry cleaning are eligible to receive a 10% discount when they drop off their dry cleaning and display the Xtras Membership card at Georgetown Valet Capitol Hill, located at 301 8th Street NE, Washington, DC. (703) 609-7942.

To start taking advantage of this exciting program just follow these simple steps:

ACCOUNT SETUP (These steps only need to be performed one time.)
1.) Complete the Application Form and FAX it to (202) 318-0838. (Note: Residents can also phone the information directly to Georgetown Valet Capitol Hill at (703) 609-7942.) Next, Georgetown Valet Capitol Hill will drop off a new laundry bag at your apartment door on the next available Tuesday of Friday.

Note: Once you submitted this application you will not need to repeat this step ever again.

3.) Insert the garmets you would like to have dry cleaned into the bag and take it to the Xtras Dry Cleaning Closet (if you have not already located it, be sure to ask a member of management for the location of the nearest Xtras Dry Cleaning Closet in your building).

3.) Locate and fill out one of the order forms located on the back of the door (sample shown to the right) and leave it inside your laundry bag. Be sure to put to include your full name and address each time you drop off your dry-cleaning.

4.) Drop the bag off in the dry cleaning closet and close the door. Your order will be picked up and dropped off between 3:00 – 5:00PM on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week (for example, if you drop off your dry cleaning by noon this Tuesday Georgetown Valet Capitol Hill will dry clean your items and leave them hanging in the dry cleaning closet for you by 5PM on Friday).
