Residents outside the delivery area and residents seeking emergency dry cleaning will receive a 10% discount when they drop off their dry cleaning and display the Xtras Membership card at Lustre Cleaners located at 301 8th Street SE, Washington, DC. In the past, dry cleaners relied solely on a petroleum solvent called perchloroethylene to wash clothes in place of water.
