Overview

All residents living in an Evolve, LLC property are automatically enrolled in the Xtras program when they sign a lease for one of our multi-family dwellings. Shorlty after residents move in, they receive an Official Xtras Membership card. By displaying the card to Xtras Affiliates they receive exclusive discounts and special services which that business has agreed to provide. The Xtras program allows Evolve, LLC to promote local businesses while also acting as a retention strategy aimed at adding value for residents of Evolve, LLC properties. Evolve prides itself on its ability to attract and keep desireable residents. Our savvy and diverse group of residents have a proven track record for being extremely brand loyal, many of them are new to the DC area.
